ION Audio Air LP Wood Vinyl Turntable Product Description
I am really into music and love mixing tapes and making my own tracks. My dad bought me this vinyl turntable for my birthday about six months ago as a present. I am really in love with the player and spend hours mixing and playing records on this device.
The player arrived in a prime condition. It was securely packed, easy to set up, looks great and the instructions were easy to understand. It does a great job of playing records with three different RPMs. The player has auto return, USB connectivity and Bluetooth. The turntable is smooth with a precise stylus.
The main feature has to be the Bluetooth which connects easily to output speakers. I can place the device in the lounge on the ground floor and connect it to speakers upstairs. Basically, the turntable can stay in one area of the house and music can be played anywhere. This playback is much better than that from a smartphone or music player.
I am still learning to play and use different features of a music system. I think this is an awesome turntable for learning how to DJ and mix records. Even when it is not connected to the speakers via Bluetooth, the device has a clear, booming stereo sound.
I have noticed a few issues with the device. The stylus arm is a bit light and can skip with impact, something I remedied with a new stylus that cost about £7. The build also seems a bit plastic-like and not as solid as the more expensive turntables. These issues are not big, given its lower price and presence of many important features and connectivity options that you would probably want.
For its price range, this is a fantastic turntable.
